I've got loads of dash clocks, happy to split and just send the surround/face plastic/glass if that's all you need @Don Trafford ?
Been advised to get dash pod by vehicle electrician. He was investigating why air bag light does not come on when starting. Found that cinection had been filled with body filler! Ruined hence replace pod to investigate further. Have located one at breakers but they say two types! Need to read back of clock, but all back together not happy paying out for it to be taken out again and not confident to attempt myself any advise would be welcome. Thanks for reply.

Where you based. Taking the instrument cluster out is surprisingly easy

You may want just the casings unless he is going to alter the clocks too .The car will show a tamper dot in the display if you fit clocks from another car.
It can be resolved but if all your clocks work and its just the light you could either remove the front glass part and demel out the filler or replace the white plastic backing.
Just a thought ..... hope you get it resolved.
