Dash Function Lost

I haven't used it Recently and the battery went flat on my 2.2 Roadster. So flat, I had to open manually. After charging it up, I started the engine no problem first time as usual.
Only problem was the dash function was very limited.
The Rev Counter, and Temp gauge were not working and the Red Brake Warning light was on permanently.
Does anyone have a solution please?

Put a code reader on it see if you get any fault codes for the Instument module other than that might be worth pulling the instument binicle out and checking the connections on the rear, there is a ribbon cable behind there that could have dirty or bad connection.
