Think I might have only seen Oxford Green in facelift? Are you sure it was a pre-facelift colour?
Hmm good point THIS seems to confirm...guess I will be looking at one of the Dark Greens....have edited original thread to reflect.
Mine is Boston Green - would you class that as Dark Green?

Yeah I went to see it but it wasn't dark green.
Not the green I want....really need to see the difference between the Dar Green and Dark Green 2.....I think the Z3M came out in Oxford Green...hmmm green green green....funny thing is I'm colourblind red/green/brown....but I know the colour I like....
If it was Boston Green it was as dark as you will get on a pre facelift car. Thing with Boston Green is when the light hits it it totally changes the appearance to a much lighter shade. Oxford Green is a colour which even appears black in some light.

as far as i can remember there were 2 paint codes on preface lift cars Boston green code 275 and a darker green code 307 , the one on my profile pic is my preface lift code 275 In boston green and i have a 1996 1.9 in boston green

Selling or being advertised and it's all relative anyway if you need to replace it - like you say no point treating it as investment best just to buy it and enjoy it
