Mines got it from factory and it does come in useful from time to time but the motorways tend to be a tad too busy to use it often.

Fitted it to mine few weeks ago.. Got most the parts from eBay, just the cable and few nuts from bmw.. came to £100 for all the parts and about an hour to fit. Well worth it for the price, use mine a lot ;)

Is there a parts list you used Liam, I'm being lazy and asking rather than going looking. For 100 quid I'm gonna get mine done in the summer as it means on the late night early morning drives through the av speed cams when the road is empty I can jus set and forget :)

Perfect thanks. I had been searching out stuff on eBay but listing these places to get the bits is excellent thanks.

I'm gonna have this fitted as soon as I get back! :)

I hopefully have one on the way from the states. I picked up an actuator on eBay which has the Bowden cable and clips so saves getting those separately and came to a bit less than getting them all separately. If everything is right that turns up I should be good to go with the retrofit :)

I can't check the car as its a bit far away right now but I know the plug for the actuator under the bonnet is there so the rest should be too, I hope! ;)
