Creep in Neutral

I have had a few occasions particularly in heavy traffic where the car (2.8 manual) is in neutral yet it creeps forward.
The rest of the time it is fine. I have made sure that its not in a "false neutral"
I guess it must be something to do with the clutch not properly disengaging. Could this be a worn thrust washer?
The clutch doesn't slip at all.
Has anyone else had this problem?

This is something they do normally. You see it clearer when you have both rear wheels off the ground. Good way to check its not too excessive is lift the rear and if you can stop the wheels turning by hand your ok.

Thanks Lee
The car is in the paint shop now, but I will check it out when I get it back.

It's a thing that can be brought on by using too thick gear oil as well.

Tony.
