I only need a little shed.... looking at that one think of all the "toys" that could be lined up.....
A space for storing, a spot for mechanicals, painting.... maybe even an apartment with toilet and shower so when I'm in the doghouse with the wife i'd be with the cars in a life of luxury.... just sayin'

Plus, think of the track that could be created with all that land.... could test the fixes..... or just have fun.
