Cornish Tour ?

Ooops posted twice and don't know how to delete

@Tearoom there is obviously some interest in a run in this area.
My post earlier about the many things that come into play is because this year with be the 5th Scottish run which has always been a full weekend event ( this is my 4th involved in organising and my 3rd one that I have fully organised ).

There is a degree of responsibility that you take on board when organising a run whether it is organising payment for hotels etc down to what happens on your outing.
Sometimes it's simple things that become problematic like for example.
You go recce your route pick your lunch stops etc you have to factor in the fact that when you do a run if you got 10 cars for example you have to be able to park everyone at lunch stop etc ( that parking space with the nice view you stopped in for a picture was fine when it's just you different story when 10 of you.)
If you are doing single track roads the whole large group comes into play again
@andyglym has 21 on lakes run but that is split into 3 group of 7 ( that then brings the need to have group leaders which I have done on the lakes last 3 yr now )

Dont let all this put you off it's great getting members together and taking them through some beautiful countryside it was more meant as an insight into the fact it's a bit more than just picking up a map and drawing a route and saying we'll go there.

But definitely worth the effort as I will stand testament to and I'm sure @andyglym will agree.
Stephen.

Oh god I've created a monster. lol

I would love to take the zed around Cornwall, I have only been once and that was on a family holiday.
Perhaps we could get a small group up together and test the water
@andyglym has knowledge of organising a 3 day tour using a hotel as a base.
Really open to suggestions as to routes and places of interest, but for me Jamaica Inn, Lands End and Minack Theatre would be on my to do list. After that I'm pretty easy.
I could go on my own this year, but where's the fun in that.
If anybody knows Cornwall, please pipe up regarding 'must do' roads.
Probably looking at sometime during the spring / early summer which isn't that far away, but also avoiding regular zedding events.
I
