Interesting article Tony.
All that time and they still can't get it to work effectively in buildings. After 6 years of tinkering and saying everything is fine, the temperature at my desk rarely gets above 19 degrees irrespective of the outside temperature. Of course us numpties who work there aren't allowed near the controls - they are managed from Bombay. Progress they call it!

Sad to say we have the opposite issues at the villa Ian. People have access to the AC control but are informed not to mess with it at their expense. You can tell by the next months electricity bill if it has been turned way too low.:( Usually summer temp in the house is set to 72F and when you're coming inside from high 80's and 90's it feels cool.
