The wife's Z has developed an oil leak that I am pretty sure is coming from the oil pressure valve just below the headers towards the back of the engine on the drivers side. I have read up on this and it seems it is a cheap fix as the complete valve is only about £20 or even only a few pence if you just replace the o ring, but the valve is in a very difficult location to get at. It has to be screwed out with a flat head screwdriver bit in a small ratchet with the engine completely cold due to it's proximity to the exhaust header. I have also read that a 50 pence piece helps with replacing the valve but there is no explanation of how!
I can probably get access to a lift which should make the job easier but has anybody done this job and do you have any tips to pass on?

I sell the tool and the seals, but I can't deal with any sales at the moment. It would be possible, but not easy, to use a 50p piece with a pair of Mole grips. The problem would be the tightness of the valve and the limited access.
