My pet hate is people who rev a car hard before the engine is warmed up. Worst one is when they are buying a car, sit in it and the first thing they do is red line it to 'listen to the engine'.

Idiots. If ever (in the hopefully far distant future) when I'm selling the Zed and someone does that - they're NOT having it. Full stop, end of story.

I can remember how the previous owner of my Z3 wouldn't let anybody drive the car until the engine was warmed up. When I came for a test drive, I was the passenger and we changed seats after thirty minutes. He said most people find this behaviour strange, although I could perfectly understand his point of view.
Gave me a good feeling after all.
