My car has the color code label Boston Green 275/6

Does that /6 mean anything?

My local motor factor says he has Boston Green 275, 275 1 and 275 2

Is there such a thing as Boston Green 6 ?

Hope you don’t mind me jumping on this, but didn’t want to start a new thread for similar issue! So the tag under the bonnet states the car to be ‘AtlantaBlau’ with code 306(/5). Popped online to order a couple of rattle cans, tapped in the paint code 306 along with car brand, model and year which bought the result back as ‘OntarioBlau’.

Question being what colour is the car... ‘Atlanta Blau’ or ‘Ontario Blau’?

It's your 2011 bmw 306 that's the problem
After a bit of Google
306 ontario blue metallic is a new bmw colour on new 3/4 series .
If you look about you will find
306 Atlanta blue .

Slight relieve as the same colour is offered up to the 2001 BMW Z3! I have emailed the company to see if they can offer Atlanta Blue.

Failing that can anyone suggest a reputable paint mixing company, many online have poor reviews for delivery and communication!

Can you guess how many colours BMW use?

I recently did some research for a project I am doing and I have a list of 676 colours!

The new M3/4 added 18 to the list and that is without the Ontario Blue mentioned above

Still naff though that they used (reused) the same color code on different color names. I mean it's not as if they've run out of numbers.

Or is atlanta blue the same as atlantic blue and the same as ontario blue.

They did run out of chassis (Vin.) numbers, hence why many of the Vin. checker sites closed. I’ve had aerosol cans mixed at Halfords in the past and always been very happy with the result, I don’t know if Halfords still offer this service though.
I have bought from a seller in Northern Ireland as well via eBay also very good quality .

Halfords can still get special mix colours but don't do it in house you need to order it
