coilovers upgrade

Hello, I am looking for suspension upgrade, currently dont know what kind of suspenssion have but it is too low. I dont have good knowledge about mechanics. I was thinking about coilovers that can regulated with different needs, for example if i could make it stiffer when I need

I’ve bought BC Racing BR coilovers - 6 and 8kg.

Haven’t got them fitted yet. Been for a ride in my brother in laws massively lowered 5 series using BC racing BR’s which rode very very well (rear is air suspension)
