@GazHyde , I was looking at B800 air bag code resetters on the internet and they're all from china. Takes up to 17 business days to get. Looked on Amazon and they're from China also. I have a regular OBD II scaner (somewhere in the house?). Can this reset the air bag code? I want to put the '96 1.9 up for sale now and don't want to wait 3 weeks. Frankie

If you really keen to get it sold Frankie, isn't there a local shop who could re set the airbag light for you? It may cost more than a D.I.Y. but at least she would be ready to go.

Tony.

Thanks Tony. Good idea. It will most probably come to that. Didn't think of that. Just Skyped Gaz. He wasn't sure. I'll look around for the OBD II and give it a shot first. Mine isn't a OBDII CAN. I think these will reset the air bag from what I've read. Not completely sure. Frankie

Short of that, if you really need one (but not desperate) and postage to the US is an issue I could post one to you from Kissimmee in September if that would help mate.:)

Tony if Frankie does not want to wait 3 weeks then i doubt he will want to wait 3 months =))

I think you're right @FRANKIE even the sellers with USA co's and addresses are selling Chinese product as I found when I bought mine. Good luck with the sale! Wish I could have had it but $$$ values take a 20% more right now to the US$. JIM

Most Electronics come from China or Korea or Japan. To think us and Europe used to be the leaders now we are a distant past
