So I’ve picked up Creator 410 for a good price I’ve got no issues with car but thought I’d get one so where’s best to plug it in? under dash socket or engine bay(got round adapter)? 99 M52TU engine.

If you only want to read engine, or, Auto gearbox modules, you can connect inside the car.

Well trouble with readers is you can find a problem you didn’t even know you had😬

Now I have experience with code readers I own a Range Rover so use my iCarsoft all the time and have loads of UO codes that I disregard mostly Canbus.

So ran the Creator on the zed and must say on first impressions it’s a bit fussy compared to the Icarsoft but it found the fuel pump error, I pull the fuel pump fuse to spin the engine and get oil pressure before I start it after winter hibernation, I’ve found these historical codes before when I’ve ran a Snap on on it.

When I ran it on the ABS/DSC it pulled 94 can data error and 98 button 🤔 they come up on Body control module also and won’t clear, not codes I’ve ever seen or appear on any list, any ideas from the expert?
