Sorry, I should have been more precise but not very well today and didn't get much sleep last night 
The Board time is correct, and you can see this if you logout. You need to change your BST setting in the user control panel. It's a bit daft that it has two settings, but we can't assume that you are all based in the UK as we have a wide international membership already.
