Where could I source some clips to hold the black plastic in the passenger footwell in place?
Also clips to hold the soundproofing in place or better still a new piece of sound proofing

That's good to hear! I was about to give up hope of ever finding the right clips.

I need the two clips that hold the black plastic trim in the passenger footwell (shown in the first picture in this thread).

Obviously I'm happy to pay a fair price for the clips and cover postage cost
