Clicking noise

Hi, I have a 2016 Z4 2L 20i, when I open the doors or roof I hear a continuous clicking noise from under the bonnet,sounds like a relay switch.
only happens when car is off, if it is rely switch where would it be?
Any help would be appreciated.
