Wanted Clear Inner Headlight Lenses - Z3 Facelift

Looking to de-tango my facelift 99 2.8 Z3 headlights. Existing are in good shape, so will take out the amber lenses after splitting, but would be good to add the clear inserts.

I know, thought its worth a try before I stick them back together! You never know, someone might have some poor condition or damaged clear full units that could be split. A long shot granted

I thought I saw somewhere that someone had managed to source or make clear inserts? Might be imagining it though.

I'm about to make clear ones for mine, I'll do you a "how to" if you like.
It won't be a cheap thing to do, the materials are a bit expensive for a one off. Not to mention it's time consuming to do it properly.
Mine is pre facelift so my moulds won't be compatible.

@Southernboy had some made and was selling sets a few years back but I believe he stopped doing them.
