I have seen Z3 s with chrome A pillars and like them. Was this an option when new, can they be brought or can they be created with a wrap?

Yes they where part of the external chrome pack, I have them but need to get them dipped as they have a couple of annoying scratches

I have seen them for sale second hand for your removal but in all honesty I'm not sure once removed you would be happy with the result.
Yes they can be purchased from BMW and come in two halves and if my memory serves me right as a set they are £175

i would have thought a wrap would be fine, if you didnt like it you can just take it back off again. i think the chrome trim is bonded on, it can be removed but taking it off without damaging/bending it is real difficult. looks very nice on a black zed.

Think I'd be saving and buying new. As said they are very thin and would probably be damaged when removed. Not sure about a wrap to be honest, chrome wrap can look a bit naff and how much cheaper would it be than buying one new?
