Chrome Gear Surround

I want to smarten up my center console, going to try and wrap some of the parts, I would like to get hold of a chrome gear frame as fitted to the M's


Anyone know where I can get one for the standard Z3, and do the M Frames fit the Z3?

The ///M chrome surrounds don't fit the non-///M as far as I can tell, unless you switch the console over as well. You can see it's a slightly different shape from these screenies.

There's a company that do an after market standard chrome gear surround... I'll go on a mission now to find the site...!

i have been looking for one of these and came up with the same price, as you say not cheap for plastic normal car you would pay around £20, going to look at usa they seem to do a lot for the z

I'd guess the price is ramped up as they don't sell many. Usual false economics, as they might sell more if they priced them better. Unless they are made of genuine chrome (it doesn't say if they are, or just chrome effect) can't see why they would be that much... But like any company they are free to set there own pricing
