Christmas present question

I see load of men who wear shorts (with coats) when its freezing, just to show off their latest ManUtd or Walking Dead tattoo.
By all means have them,
but look at them yourself, or show them to someone who asks to see them.

Don't assume everyone else in the world wants to look at them.

Then there are those that tattoo their face, (probably the surest way of remaining on benefits) and if you do look at them, they are usually the type that say "WTF are you looking at"

In the case of Carrie I think it's possibly an extension or portrayal of her wish to be individual and unique, and my sincere apologies to Carrie if I have that totally wrong.
I agree with you that they are not always for innocent reasons, gang tattoos for instance can be ugly and inappropriate and be done for darker reasons but that's a little of what goes into making us human.

Your original post did read maybe not solely and directly aimed at Carrie's post it certainly seemed to include her.

I'm sure anyone like myself, who found your comments derogatory and inflammatory will be delighted with your apology whilst still acknowledging you are entitled to your opinion, thank you so much.

We have actually been to Glasgow, on our way to The Isle of Arran to see some friends. On the bus from the airport listening to the locals we could only decipher two words!... 'Aye' and 'Film.'..Mind you, they all made sure we got off at the correct stop for the Railway Station! And the folks on Arran were lovely too. Our friends have a house just off the beach in Kildonan.. We could see the otters fishing off the rocks. Magical!

I'm planning a drive to Arran early in the new year to look for a little bungalow with a garage, I've been in Glasgow for 21years now and it's long time to move on, I'm desperate for a garage!
 
We had a super week in Arran a year ago last May, I went out in a little fishing boat in shirt and shorts, but even our friends there said it was a one-off weather wise. I think the usual climate is too extreme for me! Some lovely driving roads though, but didn't see a single Z!

Getting a wee bit off topic now!
