Chirk Castle RallyFest Stage
Designed as a high-octane, family-friendly day out, the action-packed RallyFest at historic Chirk Castle has something for all ages.
The entertainment starts in the morning as competitors in the Network Q WRGB National Rally blast their cars around the slippery parkland roads surrounding the medieval fortification.
These are followed by a number of special parades and displays featuring historic rally cars including former Colin McRae rally machinery, exotic supercars, iconic 'Slowly Sideways' rally cars from past generations, spectacular Supermoto races plus a jaw-dropping stunt show from 22-time world record holder Terry Grant.
Weather permitting the Red Bull Matadors also will be providing a dazzling air show in the skies above the National Trust property.
Then, as the vapor trails fade, all eyes will switch back to the competitive rally stage with the World Championship contenders blasting into sight.
Aimed firmly at those preferring to spend a full day in a single location and, perhaps, those new to this exciting sport, the RallyFest also provides enhanced facilities with live coverage on a big screen, commentary, food outlets plus fun-fair rides for juniors.
It all adds up to one great day of epic entertainment staged at a stunning, easily accessible venue. Be there!
