Click on Grumpy next to the little envelope top right of the page
I did this on my phone but I think the same principle applies if you were to do this on a PC.
Click on your picture at the top right of the screen, then click on avatar, upload your new image just as you would any other image.
It'll look like this on a pc

It's not the avatar I'm trying to change Faheem. I want to change the picture in my signature. Think I've deleted the old one but can't get the new one in.
I'm working on a phone not pc.
You just upload it as you would a standard picture?
Click on your avatar at the top right and then click on signature, in the new window you should be able to put the image or text in just as you would when typing out a reply on the forum.
