I have recently become a resident of Portugal and will matriculate my z3 3.0 sport.
I need the correct headlights and I’m wondering, do I go OEM or have headlights improved since 2002 when my car was built and should I look to replace mine with a better than OEM product.
Does anyone have anything to add to help with the decision?

My personal opinion: there are no 'better than OEM' headlights. The aftermarket products look like cutting-edge technology but they have no better light output than your headlights from 2002 (assuming they are in good condition and not cloudy). Another problem is that you won't find aftermarket headlights that look exactly like OEM, everything I've ever seen looks way too futuristic for the Z3.

Greetings
