Chamber Plates/front top mounts

What type of chamber plates/front top mounts are Z3M drivers using if they have coil overs fitted????

I (only) have an 2.8, not an M, but would like to know also what would be good camber adjuster plates.
Does it make a difference if fitted on top of coilovers or for example Bilstein B12's?

In the end I just fitted OEM BMW ones for the M
