Hi guys,
So, what is the current favourite replacement for the OEM cat?

So many 1 year and 2 year warranty ones, but I can't tell which to get.

Took my zed in for MOT today and failed on emissions, and the guy is going to run it with cat clean to see if he can get it in the lines as it is just over.

Seems to have a cheapo on it at present.

I read on the forum that the 1.9 have an occasional problem with emission tests because the cat is so far away from the engine that the cat takes a long time to heat up to its proper working temperature.

I haven't had a problem with my 1.9 yet, touch wood,. I don't know if that means the tester takes the car for a spin to warm it up. I'll ask him next time i see him.

Yes, I have read that too - unfortunately my catclean order hadn't arrived before the MOT.

But on the plus side, everything else passed.
