In my experience, Classic Car events are pre-2005 cars only, unless you get a club entry. Therefore are you sure 'all BMW's are welcome'?
I have been to this a couple of times and wouldn't mind going if eligible.

We had 76 cars at their event at Thoresby which 30 cars (including a G29) were younger than the pre 2007 cut off, they work on club stands having 75% pre 2007 but do not use this has a hard and fast rule. So confident i can invite all BMW's to join us on the day.

Really enjoyed the day. Saw some rare and very interesting cars, some old acquaintances from my previous car groups, and the sun even came out later.
