Car Mats

I'm looking to purchase some nice decent quality car mats for my Z3. Loads available on the Evil Bay..I was wondering if anybody had any recent experience and could provide feedback..Am I correct in thinking that the drivers side should have two holes to accomodate fixing and the passenger side are free floating?

On mine both sides have the locating catches.

I have two fixing on each side,but the holes in the lower carpets have worn so are no of no use
I am now looking to try and use velcrow as modern cars.

I just took a photo of what's on my carpet underneath the current mat.. Does this look like original? How does a mat attach itself???
