Could it be counterfeit. It is virtually the same as my 3.0i apart from colour, it is badged M and has M gills but only two exhaust outlets does the M have four? The auction blurb gives it 22000 miles, but the Speedo photo shows 51,250 it is certainly pretty to look at and has a chrome windscreen surround. The body is also identical to mine and doesn't look like some Ms I have seen. The shell has obviously been well bulled but the underside is unspectacular, and isn't the M 3.2 litre. This is not meant to be critical, just questions. I am sure some of the students of the marque wil know.

It's just a normal 3.0 , not an 'M' . The advert doesn't describe it as a Z3 M. The photo of the engine bay clearly shows the engine. Can't see anybody paying 12k plus, barmy!

Just back from there Geoff, some lovely roads and views over Exmoor, Porlock hill and the coast road to Lynmouth. 
Yes I know as I am in Old Cleeve on edge of Exmore and love Porlock Wier Lynton & Lynmouth .
Before Covid I did a tour of Exmore each year with the Minehead Motor club 12 years ago i went in my red TR4 now sold then my 1,9 red Z and 2019 in my current silver 3,0l lots of lovely views and a great pub The Rising Sun good food in Lynmouth Quay area
