Can't open

Hi went to open car this morning but central locking not working plus can't open with key in door lock, I suspect it's a probable flat battery but don't know how to lift bonnet to charge battery other than from inside car which I can't get in Any ideas please , don't really want to break any windows
Any suggestions thanks

The keys should always work battery or not.

The battery itself is in the back so if you can get into the boot you can charge it from there.

Key should have worked in the lock, maybe a problem inside the door, actuating rod may have come adrift. Take the door card off and explore inside. If the battery charges up try the central locking whilst looking inside the door with the card off.
The boot loom of doom also affects central locking if the wires have gone bad and short out with each other. Best investigate the wires between body and boot lid to see if they are the cause. Search on here for loom of doom, quite a few posts to explain with pictures.
