Can anyone identify this car from its door mirror please?

I don’t know the answer but am intrigued. The mirror is very distinctive.

I saw the car on the news this evening. It was part of a report on the commemoration of a new memorial at the National Arboretum. I have not included the image in full out of respect for the gentleman sat in the car who died in a terrorist attack in Tunisia.
