cadwell

I went to Cadwell a couple of years ago without any prep at all. Standard thoughout, straight of the road onto the track. The only thing was I got lots of brake dust by the end of the day but was totally worth it. You'll have a great time it's a great track:thumbsup: Enjoy;)

yes i,ve done Cadwell on my kawasaki 636 a few years ago but wanted to take the Z on it
i,ll just miss the 1st half hour maddness as its a open pit lane so when there coming in after there 1st stint i,ll be going out
the same with after lunch as i,ve been told thats the most dangerous time as the still think they can
cut it like before lunch

I know it depends on just how hard you want to drive, but do people always put different tyres on for a track day? Can half a day really ruin them? One thing with a zed, no back seats and boot to take a spare set of wheels...
If you are new to track days your tyres will be fine, a few events under your belt you will push road tyres to their limits, took me a while before I was fast enough to be able to appreciate a track type tyre.
