Thanks for your reply. I have another now. Out of interest how is the Becker. Did you plumb it into the stock speakers?

The Becker is a superb unit, it has nav and bluetooth too. Just plugged it straight in, but had to connect an aerial at the top of the winscreen for the GPS and a microphone for phone calls.

That's interesting. Plug and play from a wiring point of view?

It's kind of plug and play (I disconnected the changer in the boot) and you do need to wire in the GPS and microphone.

It was a Becker Cascade although I can't remember the exact model designation.
I may have a photo somewhere...
