hi, every now and again when i stop i get a burnt oil smell. I can’t see any obvious leaks, i’ve had the rocker cover gasket replaced. Any ideas?

Did changing the R/C gasket stop the smell initially?

Usual place is exhaust side of the cam cover gasket or towards the rear to develop leaks that drip onto the hot exhaust, have a good look around the cam cover with the engine hot for signs of smoke. Since you have replaced the gasket it would be unusual unless its not been torqued down correctly. Worth checking the state of the crank case vent system, if its gummed up and blocking free flow then the pressure build up could be the cause of leaks.
