Just how good are these little cars? Over the last ten days my 22 year old 2.8 Z3, in September, has clocked 1500 miles. Breezed over shocking Cumbrian road Passes and hammered from Whitehaven to Stamford and back at DEFCON1, twice, in the BMW lane on major routes. No knocks or squeaks, slick gear changes, purrs like a cat and pulls like a train.

:scorecard:

She just makes me smile :D

Yep know what your saying mate. I had concerns when we did the Dutch run in 2016. Nearly 1600 miles in 4 days and it just ate the miles up like a car 15 years younger.

Regular use is the key: long runs most beneficial, give or take the odd stone chip.:)
