Brand new wind deflector help

Someone was selling an OEM wind deflector on FB so I took a punt at £100 including postage, turns out it is brand new still bagged, however the straps have never beed attached to it and I can't quite work out how they fit, I'm really pleased that its new though,
Could someone post a close up pic of the elastic straps please
