Brake squeal

Getting a bit of a brake squeal from the rear O/S disc! EBC Yellowstuff pads, disc only on for 4-5k miles looks like new. Brake performance v.good.
What are the likely causes and remedies?

Calliper piston not returning as it should. Either piston sticking OR the the slider rubbers need removing and the calliper holes cleaning up ( likely to have corrosion built up behind the rubber sleeves).
