Brake pedal hissing noise

Question from the buyer of my Z3
1.9 M43 in case it matters.
Engine running, or engine shut, when he presses the brake pedal he hears a hissing noise (video attached).
Disks, pads and fluids are new (I had them done just before I sold it) and the cirquit was bleeded with my iCarsoft.
I can not remember if I had ever heard this while I had it, so asking here.
From what he says, car brakes fine but sometimes the ABS comes on too soon.
Any advice
(He really pisses me off, keeps calling for every little thing, as if I sold the car with a lifetime advice hotline...)

O told him rhis seems normal to me and he keeps bitching....

It sounds like normal behaviour to me. To see if the servo is working on an MOT test you turn the engine off and pump the brake pedal several times to exhaust the vacuum. Then holding pressure on the brake pedal, you start the engine. You should feel the brake pedal drop slightly as the servo creates vacuum to assist braking. If the pedal doesn't drop the servo system isn't working.

looks normal to me also. He says that he never heard that hissing noise before.
frankly, I had enough of this guy, keeps calling and calling for whatever he finds strange in the car.
last time he called today, I told him that I am not Google and he should check his other cars and see if they also make this hissing noise.
i am fed up.

I'd go for the hose between the inlet manifold and the servo. I'd also suggest that he tries finding it himself.

Frankly, let him cut his throat for as long as I care. We had a big fight over the telephone, he told me that he overpaid me and asked for a refund.
After almost a year of having the car.
Told him to come oved and collect some autoglym wax for free, so he can coat the car and shove it up his arse... seriously, this guy is schizophrenic.
