Boot rack?

Hello, the boot has those horrible blanking things (grommets) where I guess an original rack was mounted.

They are rusty and look terrible, so am I better looking to get a rack fitted, or a new boot lid?

Just get a second hand boot lid in the right colour.

I have a nice pre facelift Atlanta blue in for breaking so have a boot lid if you go that route.my brother is up in Newcastle, I could see if he can get it up to you?
