Boot lock problems

With the actuator out of lid but with wires still connected see if it will operate with the remote, if not I would say the actuator might be at fault, had a simular problem and actuator only operated in one direction. Got a secondhand one from Spurs fan last year and all is still working. Geoff

There is still a chance that it is our old friend the loom of doom which was the problem on my 1.9 a few years ago
Give it a test and see what happens
