just a quick question will a V reg bonnet and front bumper fit on too an S reg Z. I know they look the same but is there any difference.

The bonnet will fit but not sure about the front bumper.

They will both fit, the front bumper will line up with the lights, bumper mounting points, bumper crash pillars etc.
Should fit your existing under tray/plastic lower engine guard, but might need some modification.
Both easy to fit, the bonnet only if you have some help though, it is massive and awkward as it is only held on by 4 bolts! (might be 6)
The front end is completely interchangeable with all Z3 models early 1.8s to late 3.2 ///M coupes.
The rear is a slightly different story, as are the side sills
