One of the side badges on my Zerstorer is badly in need of replacement (all silver by now), Part no. 51.14-1970248. It seems whilst every other BMW badge is available for a couple of quid, everyone wants £50 plus for this one. Anyone know of a supplier out there that charges sensible prices?

The same badge is used on the E65 7 Series bootlid and the original X5 as well. They are ££££ because they only fit a smallish number of BMW's and nobody has bothered making repros. I've found the repro badges last longer than genuine ones!

What diameter is the badge? You might find it's the same as an E46 saloon boot badge. I have a big tin full of those somewhere.

Only just seen this so a bit late. After struggling to find 78mm black and white side gill badges I bought some blue and white badges from Alibaba in China just in case I wanted to change back. I have a few spare, I have never fitted any of them but I assume they should fit. If any one wants a couple I am happy to post them out, in return if they fit a small donation to the running of this site would be fine. Somewhere there are details on how to contribute to its running.
I am sure they aren't genuine bmw but look good. Probably won't last like the genuine ones but a fraction of the price. Pm me if interested
