Hi all, on MSN cars tonight there photo's of a collection of James Bond's "vehicles" from all(most) of the films. A couple of nice ones of the Z8 but unfortunately nothing Z3 wise from Golden Eye. I guess it wasn't a big enough star in those days. How things change, what if they'd given him Z3M, shame it wasn't available then.

The Z8 is so much like the Z3, its like the big sister, i love it especially that door shut line to the front wheel.......................quick tissue............

Yeah, I noticed the similarity when I was looking for a Z8 picture some time ago. Honestly thought it was you leaning on the bonnet as well ;)

Before I bought the car I started reading all about Z8's and the Bond car figured in this. It was never a real Z8, just a mock up. So I did a hpi check on the number. Nothing came up, so I asked the DVLA if it had been issued, and it hadn't. It was sent to auction and I bought it.

I was more surprised than anyone that no one had checked it before me. But it's a nice thing to have with the car. I suspect it doesn't add huge value though.
