I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you have to be part of a club to get the infield pass...otherwise you're parking with the general public. If you put the code in that BMWCC have provided (page 1 of the thread) C12112 on the Silverstone buy tickets page then THIS comes up and it is the 2 people 1 car package. I can't see just a car package... or a 1 person and car package..... be great if you can make it

No it was at it's lowest price until the 31st, I've just put it in and got to the pay page, it's just gone up £5....

Thanks for the offer Snoops.... :beer
If I do manage to make this and believe me, I would love to, what is the cost of an infield display parking pass?
Or is that only possible if you are a member of the BMW car club, amongst a couple of others?
My understanding is that the BMWCC has the deal but that ALL Zeds get the discount as they organisers want to get the 500 Zeds there. So the infield ticket and the two "person" tickets at £55 is a great deal if each ticket is £45. I am sure in a Zed you could find a some tasty person who is in the que to buy tickets that would come in as a passenger and sub you some of their entrance fee. :)) who know you might even find someone to bring, or make a profit and sub your car pass and ticket. :ymapplause:

Me I decided to bring both cars and drag some of my relatives to the day to use up the spare tickets.

Regards

PS I think they go up again nearer the event as well. (only a rumour but I heard it at Silverstone when I was trying to get the contact there.)

I have sought clarification of that with the organisers. But current understanding is that if you are having your car in the BMWCC display or whoever it is then you have to be their by 9:00 am and others can arrive later. BUT and for me it is a big "but" the organisers have said to me and I quote "All infield display cars should be in place by 0900hrs." the key words are display cars so I have emailed last week on this and a couple of other things to clarify the situation. All the cars are being displayed but some are in the BMWCC display ( being judged as I call it) and others are just VIP infield display which as we currently think do not have the 9:00 am deadline.

Sorry if this does not provide the answer you and others want but I do not yet have a reply to my email.

Are you aware that as a condition of entry to the circuit, roadsters are only permitted to have soft tops fitted?
So if you take the hard top off yours, who is going to drive? :ymdevil:

I Will try to make this as clear as possible again. If you are showing your car with the bmwcc of gb. which you are not, you have to be there by 9 am. All us, part of the zedfest, can arrive anytime and will have secure parking with the show cars. :coolsteer)

Fantastic.

I thought BMW dealers would know about this event but apparently not - I called in to my nearest dealer a couple of weeks ago to leave some zedfest leaflets and no one knew anything about it - chap i spoke to seemed a bit embarrassed that they didnt know, but willingly took the leaflets to spread the word :)

Just booked for this great event. Booked ticket for Saturday at the event and also booked Horwood House for Friday 20th and Saturday 21st nights.
This is also my first post on this site and so would like to introduce myself to the other members here.
Met Gary on the Kent cruise organised by Ron and Gail (Ragtop)

Nice to see you on here Tim (and Pauline). I know everyone on here would love to see some piccies of your car, an absolute cracker!

I'll add you and Pauline to the Horwood House thread, and Myredzed will be along to do the honours with this thread.
