BMWCCGB Donington Park Trackday

On the 30th September I had a great day out at Donington Park on a trackday organised by the BMWCCGB. The weather was superb all day and my car never missed a beat. I had a new track to learn but took advantage of the FOC Instruction early in the day to point me in the right direction, (thanks Steve) it put me right for the day, at least I knew where I should be going . Averaged about 12mpg and went through a brand new set of yellow stuff pads!

Thanks Board, I really enjoyed the day, the track seemed to suit me and the car pretty well. I will certainly go back.

Thanks Terry I did, had a root around the front pads today, I am thinking I may need a little extra cooling for the front calipers

I find my head (c/w helmet) hits the roof lining all the time with the roof up, It is OK if I have the hardtop on but the softop is just too low to be comfortable. I also enjoy the top down experience
