Wanted BMW Z4 3.0Si SPORT

Hi. I am looking to buy one of the above or similar, but must be 3.0. Needs to be in Essex and the owner happy for the car to be inspected by Indie Specialst. Needs to be in excellent condition I.e no noticable wear on drivers seat bolster. Thanks. John.

Just for clarity is that the 3.0i M54 230hbp or 3.0Si N52 260bhp on the later models.

Looks a lovely car but I think it maybe a little expensive. Z4 owners may correct me but I'd think it be worth £7000-7500 retail.

That was my view. I would want them to reduce to something around the £7500. Does look nice and like the colour combo. Thanks.

Agreed, lovely combo and if your keeping for years to come and there's little movement in the price is or worth paying? It's a personal choice. I was in the trade for a fair few years and feel it's a little steep, the dealer I imagine is taking advantage that spring is here and it makes the buyers of soft tops a bit giddy. £7500 would be what I would want to pay.

I think you're spot on there. Nice unusual combo. Also, nicely detailed inside, plus satnav and Xenons. All add a little to the price. Mileage is pushing on for the price, but, if its as nice as it looks worth a look. The time of year will be pushing prices up a little. I suspect the dealer might just hold out for the price they're asking for, especially with one owner.

He looks to be trading it in next week, so he is clearly trying to sell it privately to get a better price than the pittance he will have been offered as a trade.
