I have a gap in my roof both side just about the top of the doors. Can I stretch the hood back tight? If yes how or does this mean I will need to buy a new hood.

G'day Herman. Looks like she's got real potential. The roof material does shrink over time. I couldn;t stretch mine even 2 millimetres. Maybe if I soaked it??? Welcome to the forum, there are heaps of helpful folks here.

You can adjust the latches either side. There is a small Allen key on the underside, back these off and turn the latches equal amounts and tighten back up.

Have fun; I'm not mechanically skilled so I rely on a trustworthy garage, but I can make sure mine looks clean and well loved.

Hi and welcome from me in Scotland :welcome:.
If you start a new thread and post some pictures of the roof issue may help to let people see the issue then we'll get a better idea if any recommendations for repair or if it needs replacement.
Stephen.

Welcome
I’m sure that there is a little bit of adjustment of the window, within the window mechanism inside the door.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to help.

Hi All,

Thank you for the warm welcome.

I’ve had a look at the roof today the material on the inside has torn so the wire hangs low causing the root to not sit true. The seals are good around the window so no leaks. See pictures attached. Not sure if a trimmer can repair the roof or new roof is needed. Any advice please.
