SOLD BMW Z3 Wing Mirror - Drivers (Right)

As pictured this wing mirror is in okay condition with a couple of marks on the mirror casing - nothing major and it usable condition, for a perfectionist the casing may benefit with a respray, however, as said, no major damage.

Whilst it was a bit stiff I was able to rotate this mirror whilst on the car - no issues.

I'll be putting this on eBay if it doesn't sell within the next few days, however, offering it at a cheaper price to forum members.

I don't know mate, if I wanted the passenger mirror he asked for £200 but the drivers mirror and all those other bits only came to £100?! Must have been a drunk.

There were a million cars there and they even had an impounded z3m that the police had seized.

Timing is out though Jim, I wish I had both mirrors at the same time - I.e. The passenger one I had not too long ago, that way I would have been able to add heated mirrors to my zed which doesn't have any

He must have been out for a liquid lunch for sure, he practically gives one away then has second thoughts and tries to backtrack to make up with a stupid price. Still no luck on the inner tube for the stem, must be a way around it though. JIM

I purchased a nearside Z3 mirror on eBay a couple of months ago for £25.00 inc p+p ! He must have then looked at the other prices and refunded me saying it had been lost/other lol

It's the tube that holds the spring along with the spring retainer @Faheem as most of it dissolved away including the retainer while it was soaking in the vinegar. But I was able to separate the stem from the base finally. I seem to recall someone using a nut, bolt and washer to replace this but can't remember who or when. JIM

That's it @ Faheem! Thank you so much, I've looked for this and could never find it. It's the solution to my problem so now I can get my Ashbandicoot (RIP) mirror back together and get my sticker on it in his memory. It was a strange trip down memory lane reading what my friend Ash had to say before his accident!! JIM
