For sale: BMW Z3 3.0 Manual cabriolet in stunning Topaz Blue.
88700 miles, full service history, year's MOT and only 2 previous owners.
It's a top of the range 3.0i , meaning 231hp from BMW's legendary M54 straight-six engine, a limited-slip diff, BBS split-rim wheels, electric soft top and extended leather interior.
Original BMW radio/6 CD changer is in perfect working order.
This modern classic in excellent condition and ready to be enjoyed by new owner for many years to come.
The previous owner purchased the car in 2002 and kept her for 22 years.
I took on this car as a "Cat N" project in March 2024 and fully restored her to the former glory.
Description of recent work carried out:
Suspension refresh:
- Replaced both front wishbones, ball joints and bushes
- Fitted new shock absorbers all round with top mounts and gaskets,
- Overhauled complete brake system: new brake discs, pads, brake hoses and fresh fluid
- Changed manual gearbox oil and limited slip diff oil
- Full engine service: new coolant, oil and filter, rocker cover gasket, drive belt and pulleys.
- BBS Split-rim alloy wheels dismantled and refurbished.
- Michelin tires fitted all round
- Replaced damaged bonnet and front bumper.
- Repaired headlight and wiring loom
- Painted under-car chassis brace, driveshafts and brake calipers in matching blue.
Advertised on Facebook marketplace for £4750. I will take £4K if it goes to another forum member who will look after the car.
I have kept records and photos of work so let me know if you have any questions.
