Unfortunately I can no longer invest the time and care into my Z3 that she deserves, so she is up for sale. I want to provide as much information and pictures as i can, but if i have missed anything please feel free to comment or PM.

Has done 68,674 miles and is Y reg (2001) which i think is pretty decent for its age. I can honestly say it has started every time apart from a dead battery due to storage, which I have now fully charged as well as topped up all fluids and given the car a thorough clean. Genuine Z3 alloys, all in reasonable condition with a few marks and 4 good tyres.

Interior is in good condition, obvious wear marks on the leather seats due to age. One black switch missing in rear centre console and cigarette lighter.

Currently with no MOT expired 5 April 2019 and has since been stored and SORN.
Last MOT test details below;

Repair immediately (major defects):
Nearside Headlamp levelling device inoperative (4.1.5 (a))
Offside Headlamp levelling device inoperative (4.1.5 (a))
Nearside Front Suspension arm ball joint excessively worn (5.3.4 (a) (i))

Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Nearside Side repeater slightly discoloured (4.4.3 (a))
Offside Side repeater slightly discoloured (4.4.3 (a))
Front Registration plate deteriorated but not likely to be misread (0.1 (b))

I don't know if the headlamp levelling device is a major or minor issue. I am not the most technical minded but have however checked the fuses, which are fine. Only other major issue is the roof won't go down, this is fairly recent as worked prior to being stored. You can hear the motor working just isn't moving and don't want to force.

Other than the MOT issues it has a few cosmetic damages which i have i tried to show in the pictures below.

-Small dent with line across front of bonnet
-Broken side light with abrasions.
-Small graze above pax front wheel.
-Small mark on rear driver wheel arch.
-Mark on boot lid.

Since owning the car I have had quite a bit of work done to it, whilst also carrying out basic servicing myself (oil change, oil filter as well up topping up fluids). Have the majority of paperwork for all work, even prior to me owning.

Im looking to get £1000 for everything, but am open to sensible offers. I feel this is a pretty fair price taking everything into consideration; condition, milage as well as everything included and the fact it isn't road legal. I would love to see her go to someone with more Z3 knowledge (not hard) and time to invest and fixed up, but also understand there is some value to be had in breaking.

Location of vehicle is Brighton, East Sussex. BN41 postcode. I am available for the next few weeks to help with arranging transport if required.

(reached upload limit so will post damage images below)

Please don't sell this to a breaker if they ask! At that price and with those parts it's ideal.

It's an easy and very worthwhile restoration for someone with that sort of mileage. And it will become a valuable car, maybe £5k worth as long as it's not been previously written off for the bonnet (you don't mention if it has). If I wasn't going the other way and thinning out my fleet I'd have probably been sending a recovery truck down to Brighton this week!
